Thalavoor Grama Panchayat aims at the comprehensive development of the region through its annual plans. The Panchayat gives priority to areas such as drinking water supply, road renovation, healthcare, improvement of educational facilities, women and child welfare schemes, agricultural development, employment generation, and sanitation management. In addition, the Panchayat works towards promoting green development and social welfare while ensuring the effective implementation of various government schemes for the benefit of the people.
