The public can use this number to report violations related to waste management, such as dumping or accumulating waste in the State.
Examples include:
- Dumping waste in public places
- Accumulating waste on roadsides/public places
- Dumping waste into water bodies
- Burning waste
- Discharging wastewater into public places, etc.
📸 How can a complaint be submitted?
When a violation is noticed, the public can take a photo/video and send it to the WhatsApp number 9446700800. Wherever possible, details such as the location, date/time, vehicle number, and other identifying information may also be included to facilitate verification of the complaint.
The concerned Local Self Government Institution will examine the complaint, and if the violation is confirmed, further action will be taken.

When a violation is detected based on information provided with evidence and a fine is collected, the complainant may be eligible for a reward of up to 25% of the fine amount, subject to a maximum of ₹2,500.
